Great updated unit in good shape 👍. It's in a decent location, super close to the beach. Plus, it's really convenient being near the nightlife, restaurants, and all the fun of the beach.

Ez access to rte 1

No hot water the 1st night coffe pot in room had to hold it to get coffee to drip room smiled musty and was cold heater was directly next to bed beds lumpy. Glad I only pd $40 a night don't think I'll be going back.

Service was great. The staff was very accommodating especial with our late night arrival. The also provided quick and pleasant rooms for my brother who arrive a day later. He was not unimpressed.

Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. The room I stayed in was recently renovated and in great shape, plus it was a good size. 🌟

Pet-friendly hotel with super-friendly staff. Beautifully maintained and recently renovated room, a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the room. Location so close to eaither dewey beach or rehoboth beach, and shops and bars. Also, close to everything.

Our room had a bathtub, the hotel was conveniently located on the coast near restaurants and shopping areas, and it was close to both the beach and outlet malls.

The room I booked was updated and clean and available in good condition. Well enough space and 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO were great.

This place is in a great spot, close enough to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. You can easily access all the beaches, nightlife, and the coast from here.

our recent stay in dewey beach was amazing - the dunes rehoboth beach exceeded our expectations. the room was clean with fresh towels and daily housekeeping, and the location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and shops. we even got a great deal for only $67 a night. highly recommend!

They promptly switched us to a cleaner and quieter room when we had an issue. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the friendly and helpful young lady at the front desk. They even had extra pillows and towels ready in our room as requested. The hotel is also dog friendly, which was a major plus. highly recommended!

I recently stayed at The Dunes in Dewey Beach for a week and had a fantastic experience. Additionally, I loved that the hotel is dog-friendly, which gives me the option to bring my fur babies next time. a great stay with excellent accommodations and service.

The value for money was excellent, the room was exactly what we expected based on the photos, and the location was perfect for easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff at Dunes Rehoboth Beach were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety, but overall it was a minor issue in an otherwise enjoyable stay.
